01. Can I change my order once it's been submitted?
Once an order has been placed online, it cannot be changed. If you made a mistake and need to change your order, please call 1-800-ASK-MODELLS (1-800-275-6633), and if your order has not been processed yet, we will attempt to adjust it for you, if possible.

02. Why didn't my discount code work online?
While we always strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices, some brands have pricing policies that restrict prices and promotions for their products.

03. Can I pre-order items for delivery?
Yes. Pre-order items will be specifically indicated as such; this generally applies to new releases. Pre-order quantities are normally limited and pre-orders may be subject to cancelation if inventory becomes unavailable prior to shipment.

No. We do not ship outside of the United States.

08. What is your return policy?
All online liquidation sales are FINAL. Returns for non-liquidation merchandise will be accepted through April 15, 2020. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Receipt cannot be marked All Sales Final. Please see our Return Policy & Procedures for more information.

09. Can I return items to a store?
Yes, most items can be returned at one of store locations. However, some product may fall under Special Return Exceptions. Please see our Return Policy & Procedures for more information.

10. When do I get my refund once I have returned an item?
We process all returns as soon as they are received. Please allow up to two weeks for your bank to issue a refund to your original form of payment.
